Digital-first fulfilment
Ordezo products are generally delivered digitally. Delivery may include account creation, admin credentials, implementation kickoff, onboarding documentation, configuration updates, API setup, messaging enablement, and milestone-based service execution.
Unless specifically stated in your quotation or order form, Ordezo does not undertake physical shipment of boxed software or hardware as part of its standard SaaS plans.
Indicative delivery timelines
- Standard SaaS account activation is typically initiated within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of all required business details.
- Custom implementation, integrations, migration, onboarding, or managed setup timelines depend on the agreed project scope, third-party approvals, and customer-side readiness.
- Delivery schedules stated in proposals, statements of work, or invoices are estimates unless expressly marked as fixed contractual milestones.
Customer dependencies
- Timely delivery depends on accurate company information, billing details, access credentials, compliance documents, approvals, product requirements, and any data or content requested from the customer.
- Delays caused by missing information, change requests, dependency on external platforms, or delayed approvals may shift the delivery timeline accordingly.
When delivery is considered complete
- Delivery is treated as completed when login credentials, access emails, setup confirmations, implementation handover notes, or approved milestone deliverables are shared with the customer contact on record.
- For subscription products, delivery may also be deemed complete when the purchased service is provisioned and made available for use, even if the customer has not fully consumed all features during the billing period.
Third-party and force majeure delays
Certain implementations may depend on telephony providers, messaging providers, WhatsApp approvals, cloud vendors, domain registrars, payment systems, or customer-managed infrastructure. Ordezo is not responsible for timeline slippage caused solely by such external dependencies.
Delivery timelines may also be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, government restrictions, security incidents, labor disruption, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.
Physical shipment exception
If any future Ordezo engagement includes physical material, hardware, or printed collateral, the applicable shipping details, dispatch timelines, carrier details, and risk terms will be mentioned separately in the relevant quotation, invoice, or signed agreement.
