Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how Ordezo handles order cancellation, subscription termination, service credits, and refunds for software subscriptions, onboarding, implementation, and related business services supplied by Triostack Technologies Private Limited.

Last updated: March 18, 2026Legal entity: Triostack Technologies Private LimitedJurisdiction: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Scope

This policy applies to Ordezo software subscriptions, onboarding engagements, implementation work, custom configuration, support plans, consulting, messaging credits, and related paid services.

If you have signed a master service agreement, proposal, statement of work, enterprise contract, or negotiated order form with different commercial terms, that signed agreement will prevail over this website policy to the extent of any conflict.

When an order becomes active

  • An order is treated as confirmed once an invoice, quote, proposal, or subscription order is accepted and payment is received or contractually committed.
  • Service activation may include workspace creation, account provisioning, implementation planning, onboarding scheduling, data preparation, or third-party setup initiated for your account.

Cancellation before activation

  • If cancellation is requested before account provisioning or project kickoff begins, Ordezo may approve cancellation and process the refundable amount to the original payment source or invoiced beneficiary account.
  • Refund processing, when approved, is generally initiated within 7 to 10 business days, subject to banking rails, payment gateway timelines, and any mandatory tax adjustments.
  • Payment gateway charges, taxes already deposited, and third-party procurement costs already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

Cancellation after activation or service commencement

  • Once credentials are issued, onboarding is scheduled, implementation work starts, or customer-specific setup has been initiated, fees attributable to work already performed are non-refundable.
  • Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled for future billing cycles by written notice before the next renewal date. Access typically remains available until the end of the paid billing term unless your contract states otherwise.
  • Partial-period, mid-cycle, or unused-capacity refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or expressly approved by Triostack Technologies Private Limited in writing.

Non-refundable charges

  • One-time onboarding, setup, migration, implementation, training, consulting, and deployment fees.
  • Third-party license fees, messaging credits, hosting, verification charges, compliance charges, API usage, or vendor procurement costs incurred specifically for your account.
  • Deliverables or milestones already accepted, activated, delivered, or consumed in whole or in part.

Exceptional refunds or service credits

If a paid service cannot be delivered due solely to an internal service failure attributable to Ordezo and the issue cannot be reasonably remedied within a commercially reasonable time, Triostack Technologies Private Limited may offer a refund, prorated adjustment, or service credit.

Any such adjustment will be determined on the actual delivery status, completed work, third-party costs, and the commercial terms applicable to the specific order.

How to raise a billing request

  • Send the request to hello@ordezo.com with your company name, invoice or order reference, date of payment, and the reason for cancellation or refund review.
  • Supporting documents may be requested before any refund decision is issued.
  • Billing operations and legal correspondence for Ordezo are handled by Triostack Technologies Private Limited from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Disputes and governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from billing, cancellation, refunds, or related service issues will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
